We're just back from a tour of the UK.

England through to Scotland and a stop at Gretna Green for a shop at the huge factory outlet there, then the ferry boat from Cairnryan to Belfast. A visit to the Titanic Museum then a few days in Hillsborough with friends before leaving for a tour of Donegal. If you haven't already done it - do, it's truly amazing. Back to Dublin for the ferry across to Holyhead in Wales and a few days in Beddgelert before heading home to Rutland, exhausting but very satisfying.

Here's the bungalow we stayed in with a view to die for, a loaf of wheaten bread was waiting for us and a warm welcome from the locals. Here's Nan's recipe for the wheaten loaf, really tasty bread.
