Veterinarians advise pet owners to limit the use of toxins in the home. These are present in almost all commercially produced household products including detergents, cleaning agents, fabric fresheners and room sprays. Many contain phosphorous which is the most dangerous mineral as it speeds up destruction of you cats kidneys. Of course it is not only the chemicals you use around your cat, it can also be the products that you use on your pet.
