Rod and Ben’s new Three Bean Vegetable Chilli rates ‘medium’ on the spice scale, and is packed full of tomatoes, black eyed beans, pinto beans, adzuki beans, onions, carrots, celery, coriander, garlic, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika and Rod and Ben’s own vegetable stock. The Vegetable Balti is also medium in heat with sweet potatoes, chopped tomato, aubergine, chickpeas, onions, red peppers, coriander, garlic, ginger, cloves, cayenne pepper, turmeric and cumin seeds.
