Rod and Ben do it again!

 The lastest hot from the soup pot is Rod and Ben's new Organic Soup of the Month for AprilCream of Cauliflower. Made with organic cauliflowers, potatoes and onions from Rod and Ben’s award-winning farm in Devon, homemade stock and organic  west country double cream. After a morning running to and from the tip to re-cycle  the ‘can’t fit in the bin rubbish’ – we were ready for something warm and nourishing. This Cream of Cauliflower soup is seriously creamy, and whilst I admit I thought it might be a bit on the bland side, the flavour of the cauliflower is distinct. 

 Served with a chunky piece of warm ciabata, it hit the spot and did the trick. We reckon this is another success for Rod and Bens.

The recipe has been created with the help of food expert and author Carole Handslip, is wheat and gluten free, and suitable for vegetarians.
