Hebog House holiday let in North Wales is an open plan 4 bedroomed house, over 4 floors. Cleaning it in 5 hours is a challenge, Housekeper, Aine Teesdale tried out this new range on a regular Saturday back to back changeover.
Method Daily Shower Cleaner: Loved this, just wipe over the surfaces, no rinsing required, so cuts out half of the job, and leaves the shower looking sparking clean.
Method Bath Cleaner: Baths can get quite grimey, (especially when children have been to the beach). This cleaner works hard for you the bath looked brilliant - and I loved the smell!
Method Glass Cleaner: I don’t have time to clean windows, but the full width patio doors in the sitting room are usually full of fingerprints which are quickly dispersed with the glass cleaner. Lovely minty smell too.
Method Kitchen Cleaner: Again, there was nothing this cleaner couldn’t handle in the kitchen and utility room.
Method Multi Purpose Cleaner: This was the best for me. I could take this cleaner all around the house, cleaning bookshelves, coffee tables, bedroom furniture everything really including the stairs, which are wooden and there are 4 half flights. It just makes this job so much easier – oh and the fabulous grapefruit smell.
In summary, everything I used worked as well if not better than mainstream cleaners. In the limited timescale I have to do the clean, I found the products very efficient. I wear gloves most of the time when I'm cleaning but with method, knowing the products are not loaded with chemicals is a great benefit. The amazing smell from all the products – wonderful!
