The small and particularly aromatic olives of the Ogliarola garganica und Coratina varieties ripen under the southern Italian sun on thick-trunked and often more than one-hundred-year-old olive trees. Hand-picked, carefully selected and first cold-pressed, they yield unique olive oil of a gentle and fruity note, highly valued by the connoisseur of fine Italian olive oils.
The perfect partner: Aceto Balsamico di Modena
Rich in flavour and of brownish glossy colour, traditionally made from the top-quality juice of the biologically cultivated grape varieties of Trebbiano, Lambrusco and Sangiovese and aged on oak barrels for three years, “Aceto Balsamico di Modena” is thoroughly balanced in flavour and pleasantly sweet, with a faint taste of balsamic acid.
